Job Description
At Baxter, your work makes a difference. As a Research Associate I – R&D (F&D), you will be involved in developing and executing technical feasibility experiments, managing regulatory documentation, and supporting the introduction of new healthcare solutions. This role requires strong collaboration across functional teams and a commitment to quality, compliance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute project technical feasibility experiments and developmental trials.
- Manage resource procurement and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Compile developmental data and prepare technical documents, such as MFRs, PDRs, and protocols.
- Execute exhibit batches at Baxter or CMO sites.
- Review raw material, packaging, and product specifications for commercial products.
- Perform remediation trials and prepare documentation for regulatory commitments, OOS, CCNs, CAPA, and critical product issues.
- Conduct trials for regulatory query support and prepare reports.
- Maintain lab equipment, instruments, and warehouse documentation per SOP.
- Request new equipment/instruments for upcoming projects and ensure continuous improvement in development labs.
- Adopt Baxter’s global quality procedures (GQP) and product development lifecycle management (PDLM).
Educational Qualification
M Pharma or PhD in a relevant discipline.
Experience and Skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
