Key Responsibilities
- Conduct synthesis and biological evaluation of novel pyrido-pyrimidine derivatives
- Apply in silico drug design for new compound development
- Perform pharmacological studies including cell culture and enzymatic assays
- Support animal studies and protocol execution
- Draft scientific manuscripts and patents related to project outcomes
- Collaborate with team members and maintain research documentation
Educational Qualification
- M Pharm (Pharmaceutical/Medicinal Chemistry) or MS Pharm (Pharmaceutical/Medicinal Chemistry)

PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry
Experience and Skills
- At least 1 year of research experience with relevance to the SRF Vacancy
- At least 1 publication in an SCI-indexed journal
- Research experience in synthesis of medicinal compounds
- Knowledge of in silico drug design techniques
- Experience with cell culture, enzymatic assays, western blotting, MTT assays, animal studies
- Strong skills in scientific writing and patent drafting
- Excellent communication skills
