- Position: In Vitro Bioanalytical Scientist
- Location: Kolthur Shamirpet, Medchal, Telangana, India
- Department: Discovery Services
- Experience: 1–3 years
- Qualification: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Pharmaceutical Analysis
Core Responsibilities:
- Participate in sample processing for PK and ADME assays, handling LCMS/MS and HPLC.
- Optimize test compounds manually and via automated methods on LCMS/MS.
- Independently handle HPLC for UV-based sample analysis.
- Document lab notebooks online and manage compound records.
- Develop and validate LC-MS based qualitative/quantitative methods.
- Perform extractions (protein precipitation, liquid-liquid, solid phase) and sample processing of new chemical entities.
- Deliver scientific presentations in departmental meetings and prepare official project reports.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Expertise in column selection, mobile phase preparation, and solvent handling.
- Strong understanding of drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics, and mass/UV spectra interpretation.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and calibration of HPLC and mass spectrometers.
- Ability to conduct literature research and implement learnings in daily work.
