Job Description
TAPI is looking for a meticulous MS&T Technician to maintain high standards of analytical testing and method validation in its Malanpur facility. The role involves hands-on experience with chromatographic and wet chemistry techniques, testing APIs and intermediates, troubleshooting lab instruments, and ensuring strict compliance with GLP, documentation, and EHS protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct testing of starting materials, in-process samples, intermediates, and APIs using GC, HPLC, GCMS, LCMS.
- Perform wet analysis testing such as UV, IR, KF-Titration, LOD, ROI.
- Develop and validate analytical methods for HPLC, GC, and titration, completing required documentation.
- Perform standard qualification testing and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Review analytical results and suggest next steps.
- Manage laboratory resources and inventory.
- Troubleshoot analytical instruments during daily operations.
- Ensure all activities comply with GLP, documentation, and quality system standards.
- Maintain safe lab practices in adherence with EHS protocols.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
Educational Qualification
B Pharma, or M Pharma.
Experience and Skills
- 1–2 years in API testing or analytical chemistry.
- Hands-on experience with chromatographic techniques (HPLC, GC) and wet chemistry methods.
