Role Overview
The Scientific & Medical Writer is responsible for curating, summarizing, and validating pharmaceutical data for platforms such as AdisInsight and AskAdisAI. The role involves synthesizing information from diverse sources, including clinical trial registries, scientific publications, and media releases, to produce accurate and concise content that supports strategic decisions within global pharmaceutical organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates and validates scientific content for AdisInsight and AskAdisAI platforms.
- Consolidates information from multiple sources, including clinical trial registries, medical journals, and media updates.
- Interprets pharmaceutical, medical, and clinical trial terminology.
- Extracts and inputs key data into structured formats, including trial status, phase, design, endpoints, treatments, and results.
- Develops clear and concise summaries capturing critical insights from scientific reports.
- Supports team members by resolving queries and ensuring consistency in content quality.
- Assists with additional tasks assigned by the team lead or manager.
- Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 3 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical research organizations.
