Job Description
As part of the current Walk-In Drive by Alembic Careers, Alembic Pharmaceuticals is inviting candidates to join its Formulation near Vadodara. The Walk-In Drive conducted by Alembic aims to hire for the Production and Packing departments across API and OSD units. Selected candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment as per SOPs, BMRs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines, while maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Production (Formulation / OSD)
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment as per SOPs, BMRs, and GMP guidelines.
- Execute production activities such as Dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, pelletization, and capsule filling.
- Execute and supervise day-to-day production activities in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage granulation, compression, coating, pelletization, and capsule filling.
Packing (OSD / Formulation)
- Operate blister packing and bulk bottle, Track and Trace, serialization and documentation.
- Handle machines like CAM, BQS, HONGA & UHLMANN, CVC, Pharma Pack, IMA, Sachet.
- Manage blister packing and bulk bottle, Track and Trace, serialization and documentation.
- Handle machines like CAM, BOS, HONGA & UHLMANN, CVC, Pharma Pack, IMA, Sachet.
- For all positions in this Walk-In Drive by Alembic Careers, candidates having exposure to regulatory requirements of documentation cGMP/GLP in regulated plants shall be preferred.
