Job Description
Dishman Carbogen Amcis invites eligible candidates to attend a walk-in interview for pharma jobs in Production (Softgel) and Quality Assurance (Formulation & API). These pharma jobs require strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, Schedule M guidelines, documentation practices, and quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
Production – Softgel (Officer / Sr. Officer)
- Expertise in the manufacturing of gelatin and medications
- Experience in handling PEG based product and high potent molecule
- Troubleshooting during manufacturing
- Well versed with Encapsulation methodology
- Handle trouble shooting of the encapsulation activity
- Online Documentation, Document review and preparation, and QMS
- Perform calibration activity of all IPQC instruments
- SAP entries and compliance with cGMP/GDP and Schedule M
Production Packaging – Softgel (Executive)
- Expertise in the BQS blister packing machine
- Secondary packing and troubleshooting of the BQS machine
- Knowledge of online blister coding
- Export packaging requirements and palletisation for export
- Online Documentation and QMS compliance
- SAP entries and adherence to cGMP/GDP guidelines
Quality Assurance – Formulation
- Carry out line clearance activity of shop floor
- Online review of all related documents
- In-process activities and online documentation
- Preparation and Review of PVP, CVP, and SOPs
- Involvement in process validation and cleaning validation
- Sampling activities and coordination with QC
- Handling of hold time study and control samples
- Ensure batch manufacturing and packing as per the approved BMR/BPR
Quality Assurance – API
- Prepare and review SOPs
- Review BMR, BPR, ECR, and PFD
- Oversee PPQ and Cleaning Validation
- Handle Deviations, Change Control, OOS, and OOT
- Prepare Risk Assessment reports and APQR
- Review Line Clearance and Qualification documents
- Participate in Technology Transfer and product release activities
- Ensure SHE compliance and PPE usage
Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm – Production & QA roles
- Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and Schedule M
- Fluency in English and SAP documentation
