Key Responsibilities | ZS Careers R&D Jobs
- Design and implement innovative clinical data management and analytics solutions
- Work as business and data analyst for clinical strategy and technology initiatives
- Lead client discussions to identify business processes and user requirements
- Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and document user stories
- Support creation of RTM, specifications, Agile planning, sprints, and retrospectives
- Perform business process modeling, data flow design, architecture mapping
- Bridge communication between business teams and engineering groups
- Mentor teams and contribute to developing Business Analysis capability
- Support large enterprise clinical programs
Qualifications Required for ZS Careers
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or related disciplines
- Master’s preferred
- 3–6 years’ experience in life sciences as Solution Architect / Business Analyst / Data Analyst
- Strong experience in clinical data management, discrepancy resolution, repositories, and biometrics
- Knowledge of CDISC, FHIR, and OMOP standards
- Experience with EDC tools: Rave, Veeva, InForm, openClinica
- Exposure to SAS LSAF, Oracle LSH, Elluminate, and analytics environments
- Understanding of GxP environments
- Exposure to Python, SAS, and R preferred
