    Job Description

    This Pharmacovigilance Job at Accenture Career offers an excellent opportunity for pharmacy professionals to work in global drug safety and pharmacovigilance operations. As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will support the monitoring, assessment, and reporting of adverse events to help ensure the safety of pharmaceutical products throughout their lifecycle. The role involves creating and managing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), performing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submissions, and follow-up activities in accordance with client requirements and global regulatory guidelines. You will also ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of safety data while maintaining compliance with pharmacovigilance standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
    • Perform case identification and data entry.
    • Conduct MedDRA coding.
    • Manage case processing and follow-ups.
    • Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate drug safety documentation.
    • Support adverse event reporting activities.
    • Collaborate with internal pharmacovigilance teams.
    • Meet quality and turnaround time targets.
    • Work in rotational shifts as required.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Education: B Pharm, M Pharm
    • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety.
