Advanz Pharma Quality Systems Role Description

In this Advanz Pharma Quality Systems role, the Quality Systems Complaints Executive will be responsible for implementing effective and compliant quality systems specifically for complaints and CAPAs. This role includes assisting in recalls and deviations as required, ensuring that complaints are investigated, resolved, and documented according to defined procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute complaints investigations in accordance with defined procedures.
• Ensure complaints are raised in the system and investigated to the required standard.
• Document complaint resolutions with supporting evidence.
• Liaise with CMOs and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Interact with complaints reporters and communicate outcomes of investigations.
• Follow up with CAPA owners to ensure timely implementation of actions.
• Assist in executing recalls and investigating deviations as required.
• Create quality-related documentation (SOPs, Risk Assessments, etc.).
• Carry out internal audits as required.
• Report quality systems metrics and perform other activities as directed by management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Honors Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Microbiology.
• Sound working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical company.
• Ability to use eQMS (e.g., TrackWise, Veeva Vault) for quality systems management.
• Capable of working to deadlines and remaining calm under pressure.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of ICH Q9, ICH Q10, and Eudralex-Volume 4 Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
• Sound problem-solving skills.
