Vacancy Details

Key Responsibilities

Injectable Production

• Operate injectables manufacturing equipment
• Perform filtration, filling & freeze-drying operations
• Follow SOPs and QMS standards

QA-Injectable

• Perform IPQA activities including shop-floor monitoring, line clearance and batch documentation.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, aseptic practices and sterile manufacturing requirements.

Injectable Packing & Visual Inspection

• Operate packing line for injectable products
• Perform visual inspection, label check & batch documentation
• Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines

Engineering Plant Maintenance (OSD/Injectable)

• Mechanical: Preventive & breakdown maintenance of OSD/Injectable machines.
• Electrical: HT/LT substation operations.
• HVAC: Preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Instrumentation: Maintenance of control & instrumentation systems for OSD/Injectable.

QC-Injectable

• Conduct analytical testing of injectable products
• Maintain laboratory documentation
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements.

Required Skills

• Aseptic Processing, Autoclave, Isolator, Lyophilization

QA-Injectable

• IPQA, Line Clearance, Batch Documentation, Cleanroom Monitoring, cGMP

Injectable Packing & Visual Inspection
