As an Associate Quality Complaints at Amgen, the selected candidate will conduct complaint investigation activities related to customer feedback records, evaluate and manage product complaint records, and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards. This Amgen quality complaints role involves managing customer feedback records through closure and supporting project management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complaint investigation activities related to customer feedback records.
- Evaluate and manage product complaint records according to applicable procedures.
- Process records with limited information and determine escalation requirements.
- Ensure complaint investigations remain compliant with SOPs and quality standards.
- Manage customer feedback records through closure.
- Review and process voided complaint records.
- Maintain quality and accuracy of complaint documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within complaint management processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- GMP + Pharmaceutical/Biotech Manufacturing experience: Mandatory
- Master’s with 1–4 years of relevant Pharma/Life Sciences/Biotechnology experience.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), SOPs, and quality documentation.
- Exposure to quality investigations, product complaints, deviations, CAPA, or related quality processes.
- Understanding of API, Drug Substance, Drug Product, Packaging, and/or Device manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver within defined timelines.
