Job Description
The Scientist-C role at Amity University involves applying for nationally and internationally sponsored research projects as Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI). The selected candidate will play a crucial role in increasing external research funding and industry-sponsored research projects while strengthening interdisciplinary and translational research activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Applying for national and international sponsored research projects as Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI).
- Increasing external research funding and industry-sponsored research projects.
- Strengthening interdisciplinary and translational research activities.
- Supporting the operation, maintenance, and scientific management of advanced research instrumentation, including the NMR facility.
- Assisting in academic coordination, research training, and mentoring of research scholars and students.
- Enhancing high-quality research publications, patents, technology development, and collaborative research programmes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: M.Pharm with PhD from Premier Institutions (Thesis submitted candidates can also apply).
Expertise & Skills
- Excellent publication record in reputed international journals.
- Demonstrated experience in obtaining and executing sponsored research projects as PI/Co-PI.
- Expertise in advanced analytical and research instrumentation, particularly NMR and related analytical facilities.
