- Provide technical support at any stage of commercial manufacturing as required by the site.
- Prioritize issues from the site and conduct meetings for resolution.
- Maintain the investigation tracker and update leadership weekly.
- Collect data on failure OOS/OOT/market complaints by the site.
- Review site investigation reports and perform exploratory literature searches to support investigations.
