Job Description
The Executive in this Amneal QA Validation Job will be responsible for reviewing User Requirement Specifications (URS), Design Qualification (DQ), and vendor/supplier documents related to qualification. The role involves preparing and reviewing validation/qualification protocols and reports, executing qualification and validation activities for equipment, systems, facilities, and plant utilities, and coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, and quality control personnel to ensure timely completion of activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review URS, DQ, and vendor/supplier documents related to qualification.
- Prepare and review validation/qualification protocols and reports.
- Execute and review qualification/re-qualification and validation activities of equipment, systems, facilities, and plant utilities.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and QC personnel for respective qualification/validation/re-qualification activities.
- Prepare and review media fill and hold time protocols and reports.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for the Quality Assurance Department.
- Assess Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, and investigations.
- Conduct sampling activities as per the protocols.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2-5 years of experience in QA Validation.
- Relevant educational background in pharmacy or related fields.
- Strong understanding of cGMP compliance.
