Key Responsibilities for this Associate Job Role
- Support HEVA teams across assigned therapy areas to generate health economics and value-based evidence
- Contribute to execution of research projects, economic models, and trial design recommendations
- Assist in pre-launch, launch, and post-launch evidence generation plans
- Support studies including burden of illness, epidemiology, literature reviews, meta-analyses, observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes
- Assist in development of Core Value Dossiers (CVD) and AMCP dossiers
- Maintain adherence to HEVA evidence generation guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with global HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access teams
- Develop and maintain therapeutic area expertise
Skills Required for this Associate Job Role
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HEOR within pharma, CRO, consultancy, or academia
- Strong analytical skills to translate clinical and economic data into payer evidence strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
- Strong scientific writing and documentation skills
- Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written)
