Key Responsibilities for an Associate Job
- Assist in the execution of Evidence Synthesis projects, including screening, data extraction, and full-text downloading.
- Support evidence generation activities for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch programs.
- Contribute to literature reviews, meta-analyses, epidemiology studies, observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes.
- Maintaining adherence to HEVA evidence generation guidelines and quality standards is required for this Associate Job.
- Support execution and management of approved HEVA studies under the guidance of managers and product leads.
- Assist in the development of HEVA strategic evidence materials, processes, templates, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams globally.
- Prepare customized HEVA deliverables aligned with scientific and value messages.
Skills Required for an Associate Job
- 1+ year of experience in HEOR within the pharma industry, CRO, consultancy, or academia
- Strong analytical skills to translate clinical and economic data into payer-relevant evidence
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency
