Educational Requirements

B.Pharm or equivalent qualification
Experience Required for Associate Job Role
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in tablet compression
- Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor tablet compression machines
- Verify raw materials, machine settings, and tooling before production
- Perform in-process quality checks, including:
- Tablet weight which is Thick and Hard
- Accurately recording observations in batch manufacturing records and logbooks is essential for this Associate Job role
- Clean and maintain equipment to prevent cross-contamination
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate major breakdowns
- Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Maintain cleanliness in the compression area
- Support line clearance activities
