Required Skills
- Coating: Knowledge about troubleshooting and experience in handling of GLATT & GANSON coating machines with exposure in regulatory audits.
- Compression: Knowledge about troubleshooting and experience in handling of FETTE & SEJONG compression machines. Required exposure in regulatory audits.
- QMS/Documentation: Experience in QMS elements, Preparation & approval of SOP, Initiation & approval of change controls, exception, PNC, QRM, Audit preparation and awareness. Handling of CAPA. Able to handle the projects like E-BMR, E-log managements, balance integrations. Required exposure in regulatory audits.
- Production (Packing): OSD packing experience as line executives on Bottle/Blister/Drypowder/sachet packing lines. Experiance on Elog/E-BPAR.QMS documentation like initiation of PNC/MNC/Exception.Trouble shooting of Track nTrace (serialisation)
- Quality Control: Hands on experience in OSD In Process(IP)/Finished Product(FP) analysis in formulations.Instruments exposure like HPLC, UV & Dissolution is required.
- Administration (Housekeeping): Experience in House Keeping and General Administration activities like Pest Control Execution, Linen Control and Laundry Facility, Canteen services and facility cleanliness and hygiene in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility.

*Candidate must be flexible to work in rotational shifts & only formulation Experience will be consider.
