Job Description
The scientist job at Azurity Pharmaceuticals involves working within the R&D Analytical team, which plays a crucial role in the product development of various dosage forms. The analytical team is responsible for workflows such as analytical method development, stability studies, method verifications at CMO/CTL, and post-filling activities. The selected candidate will engage in analytical method development, formulation sample analysis, method verification, compendial method evaluation, stability sample analysis, and instrument calibrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow Good Documentation Practices.
- Execute analytical method development of Nitrosamine impurities using high-end instruments and method validation parameters.
- Conduct analytical method development for unknown impurities and genotoxic impurity identification using HPLC-PDA/UV/ELSD and LCMS techniques.
- Ensure all documents and data are adequate, accurate, and complete during execution and documentation.
- Analyze formulation developmental samples as per ATR, recording online documentation, and completing the analysis on time.
- Adhere to current GLP procedures, data integrity, and SOP compliance requirements.
- Develop analytical methods using various analytical techniques, including method verification of compendial methods.
- Follow safety procedures in the laboratory.
- Prepare STP, MDR, and MOA for allocated products.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: M Pharm, M.Sc (Relevant Science Discipline)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Analytical R&D. Hands-on experience with LCMS and impurity profiling. Experience in analytical method development for drug substances (DS), drug products (DP), and excipients.
