Education:

M.Sc / BPharm or equivalent degree

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-process, finished product, and stability testing for laboratory and commercial batches.
  • Conduct cleaning validation and maintain laboratory samples.
  • Prepare Stability Trend Reports and generate necessary lab records.
  • Ensure timely completion of analyses and data reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with cGLP, GMP, and departmental quality systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve laboratory outcomes.
  • Support Senior Analyst/Team Leader in daily Quality Control operations.
  • Adhere to organizational values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, Passion.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and HR policies, including Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

2–4 years in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and plan work effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
