Job Description
As an Associate in Filling, you will ensure compliance with safety rules and GMP standards while supporting aseptic processing activities. The role requires monitoring critical parameters, maintaining documentation, operating equipment, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety rules as per company norms
- Monitor DP, RH, and temperature in aseptic processing areas
- Maintain BMRs and logbooks as per cGMP and SOP guidelines
- Operate and clean filling machines, rubber stoppering, sealing machines, isolators, pass boxes, glove cleaning and integrity testers, and VHP systems
- Carry out filling, stoppering, lyophilization, and sealing operations as per SOP and BMR requirements
- Perform in-process checks during filling operations
- Conduct aseptic area cleaning and fogging in coordination with the engineering department
- Operate and clean aseptic area equipment, heating and cooling skid, CIP & SIP skid
- Conduct environmental monitoring (viable) of aseptic areas
- Coordinate with QA, QC, warehouse, engineering, HR, and administration for daily activities
- Ensure timely completion of calibrations and validations with engineering and QA
- Perform cleaning verification and prepare filling parts for autoclaving
- Complete SOP training and on-the-job training related to aseptic processing areas
- Operate and clean CIP/SIP equipment for vessels before and after batch processing
- Undertake additional activities as per HOD’s instructions
