Job Description
As a PDL Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, driving validation processes, and supporting technology transfer. Your key responsibilities include:
- Initiation and execution of process validation.
- Preparation and review of qualification and validation documents across departments.
- Training teams on validation, qualification, technology transfer, and new technologies.
- Active involvement in the technology transfer of new/site transfer products with R&D, QA, QC, and GSCO.
- Initiating change control for new product introductions, process or equipment changes.
- Identifying product-related issues and providing solutions with R&D and QA.
- Monitoring manufacturing processes and performing in-process checks for critical products.
- Supporting investigations and root cause analysis of manufacturing failures.
- Preparing and reviewing Quality Risk Management documents.
- Creating and reviewing BMR, BPR, SOPs, Annual Product Reviews, validation protocols/reports, and qualification documents.
- Managing departmental transactions in the SAP system.
- Preparation, linking, release, and updating of BOM and recipes.
- Participation in cleaning validation processes.
- Revising SOPs to align with SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies and training staff.
- Ensuring compliance with training activities across departments.
