Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.Pharma) required.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain.
- Broad theoretical knowledge and strong technical understanding of medical technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site education and consulting to support clinical excellence.
- Assist field personnel in providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers.
- Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute business plans within one or more business units.
- Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
- Collaborate with Clinical Leads, Clinical Management, and the Regional Sales Team to provide customer and sales support.
- Identify and facilitate growth opportunities with the Sales and Clinical Support Team.
- Serve as a technical resource to support sales of specific medical products or solutions.
