Job Description
As a QA Officer at Cargill, you will ensure that the plant operates in compliance with all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. You will perform various monitoring, verification, and documentation tasks that support the company’s mission of delivering safe and high-quality food products in this B Pharma Job role.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete food safety, sanitation, operational, and risk material monitoring activities.
- Review daily material processing procedures and verify monitoring documents.
- Take immediate corrective actions when deviations are identified.
- Maintain and manage quality records and deviation reports.
- Conduct daily inspections at critical control points and sanitation monitoring zones.
- Perform unbiased audits across the facility to ensure adherence to sanitation and food safety standards.
- Communicate and document deviations, assign corrective actions, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide training to plant employees on food safety and quality certification programs.
- Represent the company during third-party audits and governmental agency verifications.
- Handle complex technical or administrative issues related to food safety and escalate where necessary.
- Support continuous improvement in QMS, GMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and QRM documentation.
Educational Qualification
Degree in Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, which is significant for those pursuing a B Pharma Job.
Experience and Skills
- Proficiency in email, spreadsheet, and word processing applications.
- Sound understanding of food safety concepts, hazard management, and governmental regulations.
- Ability to represent Cargill during audits and verifications.
- 2–3 years of experience in a bulk drug manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of QMS, GMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and QRM documentation.
