Support post-market product surveillance.

Key Responsibilities of the Product Surveillance Role

  • Manage customer complaints and Medical Device Reports (MDRs)
  • Open and maintain complaint records
  • Assess reportability
  • Support investigations and sample retrieval
  • Communicate with customers
  • Close records per quality procedures
  • Mentor less experienced teammates

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2–3 years in a cGMP-regulated industry, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical setting
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and clinical certifications (MT/MLT/LPN/RN)
