BD Product Specialist Job Description

The Product Specialist at Becton Dickinson India Private Limited will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support for a specific product portfolio, ensuring successful market penetration, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory. Previous experience in Hemostats segments (Biosurgery) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned product portfolio, providing in-depth technical information and support to internal teams and external customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals, sales teams, and distributors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and industry stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging trends, and provide feedback to product management and marketing teams.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide timely resolutions, escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on product performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Eligibility for BD Product Specialist Job

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field (e.g., Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences).
