The selected candidates will undergo training in various manufacturing processes, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Understand and comply with GMP requirements during all manufacturing activities.
- Learn why compliance is critical for patient safety.
- Read and follow SOPs.
- Study Standard Operating Procedures before performing any activity.
- Observe manufacturing operations including dispensing, granulation, blending, filling, packaging, or biologics manufacturing processes.
- Maintain production documentation including batch records and logbooks.
- Participate in daily production reviews and understand workflow management.
- Observe equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and maintenance activities.
- Support line clearance activities to prevent mix-ups before starting new batches.
- Participate in safety and EHS activities, following safety procedures and emergency response processes.
- Assist in production data analysis, supporting the collection and review of manufacturing metrics.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects such as Lean Manufacturing and process optimization initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- B. Pharm. or BSc (Chemistry) graduates.
- Duration: 1 year.
- Pass-out Batch: 2025, 2026.
