Position Details
- Project Name: “Exploring the marine ecosystems for novel bioresources with human health and industrial significance.”
- Project Duration: Up to 31.03.2027 or completion of the project as per the Government of India orders and annual performance appraisal.
- Number of posts: 01
- Remuneration: 42,000/- per month + 18% HRA
Qualification
Candidates having:
- M.Sc. / M.Tech / Pharmacy / M.V.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences or allied subjects
- Minimum 55% aggregate marks
- 2 years of research work experience
Preference will be given to national-level entrance test (NET/GATE) qualified candidates
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in applied microbiology/biotechnology/bioprospecting
- Experience in microbial isolation and characterization
- Optimization of culture conditions
- Enzyme assays
