Job Description:
- Strong educational and theoretical background in analytical chemistry.
- Expertise in calibration, method development, and troubleshooting using instruments such as KF auto titrator, dissolution apparatus (I, II & IV), UV spectrometer, IR, HPLC, GC, and particle size analyzers.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for method and product development, including documentation standards.
- Proficiency in method development for injectable formulations, including assays, degradation products, dissolution, and cleaning methods.
- Experience in LC-MS and GC-MS operation is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with GxP documentation, including online lab note book writing, method development reports, test reports, and SOP preparation.
- Ability to review documents generated by peers and juniors.
- Strong capability to search scientific literature and support analytical innovation.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to mentor and coach junior staff.

Education:
M.Pharm / M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related disciplines.
Experience:
3 to 8 years of experience in analytical method development, preferably in formulations or injectables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine sample analysis and method development.
- Perform instrument calibrations and maintain related documentation.
- Prepare reports and manage lab documentation as per GxP standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the analytical team.

- Proficiency in MS Office and online literature search.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
