Job Description
This CDM Job is responsible for providing comprehensive data management expertise to support the Data Management team and meet sponsor and organizational requirements. The professional will perform Clinical Data Management and/or coding activities and may take responsibility as a Lead Coder, Data Operations Coordinator (DOC), or lead specific coding-related activities on large clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Clinical Data Coder and/or Lead Coder for multiple protocols.
- Manage delivery of coding activities and projects with minimal guidance.
- Validate and test coding applications and programming of coding reports.
- Conduct comprehensive data management tasks, including data review and clarifications.
- Manage project timelines with guidance from the Data Operations Coordinator or Data Team Lead.
- Perform Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reconciliation activities.
- Assist in implementing new technology and quality control procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with the team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Pharmacy, Dental, Medical, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field qualification or educational equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of operating procedures and work instructions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
