Job Details
This B Pharm Job at Cipla Careers involves monitoring and executing pharmaceutical packing activities during shifts while maintaining cGMP and safety standards. The Junior Officer will support production targets, packing documentation, equipment qualification, process compliance, and workforce training.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute shift packing activities by managing available resources and minimizing machine stoppages to meet shift targets.
- Utilize shift resources optimally to achieve desired production output.
- Regulate the usage of consumables in the production process to save costs.
- Review documentation related to packing activities and monitor standard packing parameters as per BPR.
- Maintain system integrity by updating online documentation and performing qualification and calibration of equipment as per schedule.
- Monitor adherence to safety guidelines during packing activities to create a safe working environment.
- Provide training to staff and workmen on packing activities and safety procedures.
- Identify complexities and suggest process simplifications to achieve new targets with optimal resource utilization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B. Pharm. or B. Sc. in Chemistry.
- Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience in packing, with knowledge of handling QMS activities and qualification documents.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of cGMP and safety norms.
- Proficiency in documentation and compliance.
- Ability to train and manage staff effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SAP and CipDox systems.
