Job Purpose: Cipla Production Role
In this Cipla production job, monitor and execute the production activities in an area during the shift by maintaining cGMP and safety norms to achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production activities in a shift by managing available resources to achieve production targets.
- Regulate usage of consumables in the production process at optimum levels to save costs.
- Increase the efficiency of the area by utilizing equipment and by reducing downtime in the manufacturing area.
- Ensure all operations are performed as per GMP & Safety norms by reviewing all processes and documents for compliance.
- Maintain system integrity by updating documentation and deviations on CipDox while performing operations.
- Prepare new documents and update existing documents as per GMP requirements.
- Ensure safety systems and procedures are followed by the operators in the shift.
- Execute assigned tasks as per planned production activity to meet production targets for a shift.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s in Pharmacy.
- 3-4 years of experience with 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of cGMP practices and equipment operations required for Formulation Production.
