Job Summary
The role of a Clinical Data Analyst at Parexel involves supporting clinical trial data review, data cleaning, query management, and vendor data reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in clinical data management, with hands-on expertise in EDC systems and clinical data review tools. Responsibilities include reviewing clinical data listings, resolving discrepancies, performing CRF freeze and lock activities, and maintaining study documentation within Veeva Vault/eTMF.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical data review and data cleaning activities.
- Manage query resolution and discrepancies.
- Perform vendor data reconciliation, including local lab review.
- Coordinate external data review and reconciliation.
- Execute CRF freeze and lock activities.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for listings, screens, and edit checks.
- Maintain eTMF documentation and manage Veeva Vault.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment.
- Hands-on experience with EDC systems, preferably Medidata RAVE and Oracle Clinical.
- Experience in data review, query management, vendor reconciliation, and database lock activities.
- Working knowledge of clinical research regulations, GCP guidelines, and clinical trial processes.
- Experience with Veeva Vault and eTMF documentation is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical data review and data cleaning skills.
- Proficient in query management and discrepancy resolution.
- Familiarity with vendor data reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with clinical data workbench tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
