About the Role

As a Trainee Clinical Database Programmer, you’ll work on building and maintaining databases that ensure high-quality clinical trial data. This role is ideal for passionate pharma freshers eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the future of clinical data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining clinical trial databases.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of clinical data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in clinical data management.
- Utilize programming knowledge to design, test, and validate data systems.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
Qualifications
- 2025 graduates only are eligible.
- Candidates with B.Pharm / Pharm D / M.Pharm backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Understanding of the CRO / Pharmaceutical Industry, Drug Development Process, and Clinical Data Management.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C#.NET, VB.NET, VB Script, or Java.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
