Background in Pharmacy
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a clinical trial liaison to investigational sites to support rapid patient identification and referral
- Drive site-level recruitment acceleration strategies with investigators and study coordinators
- Support patient-finding activities through site engagement and medical community outreach
- Provide education to sites on eligibility criteria and enrollment processes
- Identify and proactively address enrollment challenges and recruitment barriers
- Tracking recruitment progress and providing regular updates to sponsors and internal study teams is required for this Clinical Job role
Skills Required
- Proven experience in patient recruitment for Phase 2/3 clinical trials
- Experience in hematology and/or rare diseases (Myelofibrosis preferred)
- Strong understanding of site-based patient recruitment methodologies in India
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel extensively across India
- Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities
