The Clinical Payments Associate will be responsible for various tasks that support the payment processes within clinical trials. This entry-level position involves monitoring and triaging Jira tickets and emails, responding to payment-status, remittance, and system-access queries from sites, sponsors, and internal teams. The associate will prepare payment confirmations and remittance documentation, maintain records and trackers, support system migration and study reconciliation, validate data, track outstanding items, and escalate discrepancies as necessary.
