Job Description
The Clinical Research Associate role at Sun Pharma involves conducting essential tasks to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials. Responsibilities include performing site feasibility assessments, preparing and submitting study documents for ethical committee permission, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Perform site feasibility, identify potential investigators, negotiate study budgets, and finalize contracts.
- Prepare and submit study documents for ethical committee permission across various centers.
- Oversee and document investigational product dispensing, inventory management, and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities, generating respective reports.
- Train investigators and site personnel on study protocols, procedures, and GCP principles.
- Facilitate timely recruitment of trial participants and ensure efficient data entry and verification.
- Report serious adverse events (SAEs) and suspected unexpected serious adverse reactions (SUSARs) in alignment with regulations.
- Identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for sites not meeting expectations.
- Coordinate with in-house or CRO partners for data management and statistical analysis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related field such as Pharmacy or Public Health, along with a Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research.
- Experience: A minimum of 1- 5 years of relevant experience in the field of clinical research is required.
