    Job Description

    The Clinical Research Associate job at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories involves managing clinical data and records, ensuring that accurate and timely data reaches clinical teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical trial operations and will be responsible for facilitating study startup activities, conducting feasibility assessments, and managing investigational site activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate study startup activities at clinical investigational sites.
    • Conduct feasibility assessments and site qualification visits.
    • Collect essential documents for regulatory submissions.
    • Ensure adequate supply of clinical trial materials to sites.
    • Manage end-to-end clinical investigational site operations.
    • Coordinate site contracts and payment processes.
    • Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain trial master files for inspection readiness.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Education: Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Science, Biology, Biotechnology, or a Diploma in Clinical Research.
    • Experience: 2 – 5 years of research experience.

    Required Skills

    • Experience in clinical trial operations.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines.
    • Proficiency in using EDC systems for data management.
    • Strong communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to evaluate medical research data.
