Clinical Trial Role Description
The Clinical Trial Associate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day clinical trial activities within project timelines. Key tasks include preparing, distributing, filing, and archiving clinical documentation and reports as per standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring essential study documents are well-maintained and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day clinical trial activities within project timelines.
- Prepare, distribute, file, and archive clinical documentation and reports per SOPs.
- Maintain essential study documents such as protocol, ICF, and CRFs.
- Coordinate scientific sessions with marketing teams, organizers, and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Assist in developing clinical collaterals and sharing scientific material with the sales force.
- Prepare presentations and coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and trial sites.
- Review trial data for accuracy and completeness.
- Support expense, document, and MIS management, budget tracking, and vendor invoice reconciliation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, ISO 14155, global regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with clinical trial software.
