Job Description
The selected candidate for the B Pharm jobs at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories will be skilled in using Labware and will prepare, review, and approve RBE masters in LIMS. The role involves managing stock preparation and inventory, including chemicals, standards, and columns in LIMS, as well as handling master records and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and approve RBE masters using LabWare LIMS.
- Create and maintain specifications and Standard Test Procedures (STPs) in LIMS.
- Manage inventory of chemicals, standards, columns, and laboratory stock.
- Maintain laboratory master records and resolve LIMS-related issues.
- Update analyst qualification records and instrument registration in LIMS.
- Identify training needs and ensure timely completion of departmental training.
- Investigate OOS, OOT, and laboratory incidents with timely resolution.
- Manage change controls and CAPA activities for the Quality Control department.
- Evaluate and communicate changes to specifications, SOPs, and STPs.
- Perform periodic reviews of laboratory specifications and procedures.
- Compile Quality Risk Management (QRM) data.
- Support instrument interface activities, SAT, and UAT execution.

- Education: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc.
