Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate change controls, deviations, and incidents while managing risks.
- Prepare production process SOPs.
- Apply knowledge of Lean, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and similar Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: A Diploma/B.Tech/BPharm
- Minimum Work Experience: 4-5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, focusing on batch manufacturing and process validation.
Required Skills
- Expertise in line operations, particularly in CIP, SIP, and filling activities of cartridge filling machines.
- Knowledge of operations, cleaning, monitoring, and maintenance for general injectable areas.
- Experience in evaluating change control, deviations, incidents, and risk management.
- Proficient in preparing production process SOPs and batch records.
- Understanding of Lean, OEE, and similar KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with regulatory audits, particularly with agencies like the US FDA.
