Dr Reddy’s Pharmacovigilance Job Description
This Dr Reddy’s pharmacovigilance job involves raising process deviations, reviewing documentation, monitoring and following up on process deviations, and implementing CAPA. The role also involves ensuring audit and inspection readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SME for deviation and CAPA handling during audit and regulatory authority inspections, as needed.
- Collate CAPAs from internal QA audits and Health Authority Inspections and maintain a summary spreadsheet.
- Review the deviations and CAPA for completeness.
- Follow up with CAPA owners on open deviations/CAPAs to ensure completion within agreed timelines.
- Liaise with country affiliates as necessary to receive updates on progress CAPAs for local process deviations.
- Work closely with the PV Quality & Compliance Lead to ensure oversight of deviations and CAPAs.
- Ensure deviation and CAPA data is available for presentation at the monthly compliance meeting.
- Support the development and revision of department SOPs and work instructions.
Eligibility Criteria
- M. Pharm or equivalent with 2 to 4 years of experience in pharmacovigilance.
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of PV regulations, including FDA, EU & local requirements.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of computer applications and software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
