About ECHS
The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme provides healthcare services to eligible ex-servicemen and their dependants through a network of ECHS polyclinics and empanelled healthcare facilities.
This recruitment is being conducted by Station Headquarters, ECHS Cell, INS Hamla, for contractual staffing at ECHS Polyclinic, COD Kandivali.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess either of the following qualifications:
- BPharm from a recognized institution;
OR
- 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized board; and
- An approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institution recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India; and
- Registration as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Experience Requirement
For this ECHS pharmacist recruitment, candidates must possess a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
A diploma or course in a pharmacy specialty will be considered a desirable qualification.
Contract Duration
The selected candidate will initially be engaged on a contractual basis for one year.
The engagement may be renewed for an additional period of one year or until the candidate attains the prescribed maximum age, whichever occurs earlier. Renewal will depend on satisfactory performance and fulfilment of the applicable terms and conditions.
