Job Description
The Senior Associate – Project Management role is responsible for managing client-sponsored projects from initiation to closure in a CDMO environment. The position focuses on project planning, resource coordination, regulatory compliance, stakeholder communication, and timely execution of project deliverables. This role provides excellent exposure to pharma project management within a globally recognized contract research organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Update project information and support project kick-off activities.
- Prepare project charters, risk registers, Gantt charts, and communication plans.
- Coordinate raw material procurement and monitor project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project deliverables.
- Track project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and change requests.
- Monitor project progress and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare project closure reports and document lessons learned.
- Support project completion activities and sponsor sign-off.
Qualifications & Experience
Education

- Master’s Degree in Pharmacy
Experience

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in project management.
- Experience within CDMO, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and cross-functional coordination.
