Bachelor of Pharmacy. / Science or equivalent degree
Experience Requirements for Executive Job Role:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a GMP regulated pharmaceutical industry
Key Responsibilities for Executive Job Role:
- IPQA activities
- Warehouse QA activities
- MMaR’s / MPaR’s review
- Line clearance for Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Coating, Packaging, and Sampling
- Routine monitoring to ensure adherence to SOPs
- Coordination and timely execution of sampling for raw and packing materials
- Daily coordination in manufacturing and packaging areas
- Create signatures and methods for raw materials using Truscan RM analyzer
- Label affixing (Approved/Rejected) for API, excipients, packaging materials, finished goods, and supplies
- Verify Temperature & Relative Humidity reports (TESTO software)
- Coordination of in-process activities for manufacturing and packaging
- CAPA implementation coordination
- In-process checks, AQL performance, trending of AQL results
- Sampling for validation, commercial batches, SLED, BCD, hold time studies, in-process and finished products, reserve samples
- SOP preparation, review, and updates
- Planning and sampling of raw and packaging materials
- Process validation and cleaning validation coordination
- Swab/Rinse sampling for cleaning verification and validation
- Coordination for in-house and external calibration
- Review of Master Manufacturing Records, Master Packing Records, and logbooks
- Work as a team member to achieve outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company requirements
- Prepare for regulatory audits and ensure compliance
- Manage risk reduction measures without impacting systems or processes
- Create a culture of trust, collaboration, courage, perseverance, and passion
- Support talent attraction and structured onboarding
- Ensure team adherence to compliance programs and company policies
- Perform any other duties as assigned
