Introduction of the Job
Executive/ Sr. Executive. – Technology Transfer role at Molbio in Goa, India involves end-to-end design implementation and technology transfer activities from conceptualization in R&D to production in Manufacturing. The Executive Job role will see to that the candidate will oversee and troubleshoot the manufacturing of Molbio’s PCR products, peripherals, and associated consumables with a major objective to transfer technology through design transfer and validation processes. Collaborate with R&D to understand new product assembly, review design transfer files, introduce new products in manufacturing, mitigate risk, perform validation, troubleshoot production issues, work on scalability, implement latest technologies, ensure data analysis for productivity, and ensure compliance with regulations. Education includes PhD or Masters in Life Sciences and experience in medical devices, IVD, RTPCR R&D and design transfer. Skills include QMS, GMP, GLP, ISO, FDA, risk management, feasibility studies, medical device development, process automation, lean six sigma, data analysis, and strong technical communication.

Educational Requirements for Executive Job Role:
