M.Sc / M.Pharm in relevant field
Key Responsibilities for Executive job Role:
- Work as per cGMP and ensure compliance.
- Take training before execution of allotted work.
- Follow safety precautions as per laboratory procedures.
- Execute characterization activities for drug substance and drug product using LCMS, GCMS, ICPMS, ICP-OES.
- Identify extraneous peaks using LCMS and GCMS.
- Method development of nitrosamine impurities and genotoxic impurities by LCMS and GCMS.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for US and other advanced markets desired.
Skills Required for Executive job Role:
- Experience with LCMS/GCMS/ICPMS instruments
- Knowledge of impurity profiling and method development
- Understanding of cGMP, regulatory expectations
- Self-driven, collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive
- Ability to follow SOPs & safety protocols
