Fortrea is hiring an Associate I – PSS (Patient Safety Services), Bangalore, India, full time.
Key Responsibilities of the Fortrea Patient Safety Role
- Process adverse event reports from clinical trials and post-marketing sources.
- Safety data entry onto AE databases and tracking systems.
- Review for completeness and expedited reporting.
- Write patient narratives and MedDRA coding.
- Generate queries for missing clinically significant information.
- Ensure medical review.
- Prioritise and submit expedited SAE reports to clients, regulatory authorities, ethics committees and investigators.
- Process Expedited Safety Reports (ESRs) and Periodic Safety Reports (PSRs).
- Maintain tracking systems and project files.
Eligibility Criteria for Patient Safety Jobs
BS/BA, MS/MA or Pharm.D with 1 year of relevant experience (Pharm.D residency/fellowship counts).
Preferred backgrounds: Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Sciences, Life Sciences.
