Job Description:
As an IPR professional at Shivalik Rasayan Ltd., you will play a vital role in managing intellectual property activities related to Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and formulations. This freshers job role requires strong technical expertise in organic chemistry, pharmaceutics, and patent laws, along with the ability to conduct patent searches, prepare landscape reports, and support litigation/invalidation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patent and literature searches using paid and free patent databases.
- Identify opportunities for patent filings in NCEs, formulations, polymorphs, salts, and methods of use patents.
- Prepare Patent Landscape Reports and support IP strategy across different geographies (India, USA, Europe, semi-regulated markets).
- Draft and review patentability, novelty, invalidation, infringement, and FTO analyses.
- Draft patent applications, assist in office action responses, and support patent prosecution in multiple jurisdictions.
- Monitor competitor and generic company filings to identify risks and freshers job opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) on litigation, invalidation, and product development strategies.
- Provide IP support throughout the product lifecycle, from R&D to commercialization.
Educational Qualification:
M Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Pharmaceutics)
Experience and Skills:
- 0–4 Years (Freshers eligible)
- Sound knowledge of chemistry, pharmaceutics, and patent laws.
- Registered Indian Patent Agent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
- Familiarity with global patent laws and databases.
